    Life in past is very interesting. In the 1960s, people listened The Beatles and The Rolling Stones. In this year hippie style was trendy. In this yea people watched a lot of interesting films for example: James Bond.     There are also ancient cities for example: Ancient Egypt. In Ancient Egypt people lived along the banks of the River Nile. They lived in houses made of mud bricks and they builded large pyramids. Egyptains worked as farmers or artists and in their free time they played music or board games. They had boats and transported goods.     Pompeii was an ancient Roman city not far from Naples. There was a large amphitheater and two small theaters where people watched performances. There were also temples and public baths, and in many buildings there was running water. There were bakeries, restaurants and even a hotel in the city. In 79 AD, the eruption of Vesuvius destroyed Pompeii.     Europeans arrived on the continent, which they called America.
